CyberSpaceMedia LLC provides technology services as described on this site and in project agreements. Website descriptions are informational and do not constitute a binding offer.

Accounts
This marketing website does not provide public user accounts. If we later provide accounts (for example a client portal), you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, using strong passwords, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk or violate these Terms.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding are owned by CyberSpaceMedia LLC or licensors. Client deliverable ownership is defined in project contracts.
Payments
Fees, invoices, deposits, and payment schedules for professional services are set only in signed project agreements or statements of work. Website pricing pages are estimates and do not create a payment obligation by themselves.
Third-party services
The site or deliverables may reference third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party terms unless expressly agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not use our site or services for unlawful activity, abuse, malware distribution, unauthorized scanning, or infringement of others’ rights.
Disclaimer

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberSpaceMedia LLC and its officers, members, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for paid client work is governed exclusively by the applicable client agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberSpaceMedia LLC and its officers, members, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
